1. Accessibility Commitment
HeyDottore S.r.l. is committed to ensuring the digital accessibility of its technical doctor–patient communication platform, in compliance with Italian Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004 (Stanca Law) and subsequent amendments, EU Directive 2016/2102, Italian Legislative Decree No. 106/2018, and the European standard EN 301 549.
As a digital health service, we recognize that accessibility is not only a legal obligation but an ethical imperative: every person has the right to access remote healthcare communication services regardless of their abilities.
2. Conformance Status
Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not fully meet all success criteria. Below we list conformant areas and known non-conformities.
