The company
HeyDottore is a service of HeyDottore S.r.l., an Italian company based in Milan at Via Mario Pagano 63, 20145 — VAT IT14781390969.
It was born from a simple idea: most questions a patient wants to ask their doctor don't require a visit, yet today they travel through untracked messages, missed calls and unpaid time. HeyDottore gives that communication a dedicated, secure and sustainable channel for both sides.
What we do (and don't do)
HeyDottore is a technical platform that provides doctors and patients with tools to communicate via asynchronous chat: questions, private prescriptions, referrals and post-visit follow-ups. The patient writes when they want, the doctor replies when they can and is paid for their time.
How we check doctors
Before a doctor's profile is activated:
- a person on our team checks the doctor's registration on the Medical Council register;
- to receive payouts, Stripe verifies the doctor's identity (KYC);
- only checked profiles are activated and shown to patients. Specialties and expertise are declared by the doctor, who is responsible for them.

Security and privacy
